Because of our country geographical location near the equator, we are subjected to a hot and wet climate with raining for half of the year. This in turns makes many of the newer built villas and condominiums are prone to water leaks. In fact, water leak can cause cracks and defects in the whole structure.
In this particular project, PBLCNT was contacted to find the best waterproofing solution for the villa’s roof. PBLCNT determined that SikaRaintite Grey is suitable for covering the villas’ roof, without any additional materials needed.
PBLCNT successfully covered an area of 75 m² ahead of schedule. The finished waterproofing solution was checked and up to standard.
