ISI PALM is one of the leading aluminum and zinc roofing company in Cambodia. Since its establishment, ISI PALM roofing products have been used by people and supplied to many construction sites throughout the country. In 2018, ISI PALM has contracted PBLCNT to help supervise the construction of its roofing plant in Steung Mean Chey district.
PBLCNT was tasked with reinforcing the roofing plant’s machine foundation. Our technical staff was sent to conduct a survey and determine the proper product for the use in reinforcing ISI PALM roofing plant’s machine foundation. The assessment identified that the machine foundation at the plant can be reinforced using Sika® Grout 215, a cementitious premixed grout with extended working time, rapid strength development and high final strength that is suitable for reinforcing machine foundation or base plate.
PBLCNT successfully covered approximately 3.5 m² of machine foundation in less than 24 hours. Our technical staff then examine the finished reinforcement and identify that the reinforcement is up to standard requirement and strength.
