One of many of our projects, the Elysse is one of the construction sites across Koh Pich development region. As the contractor assigned to help and supervise the site, PBLCNT was contacted for waterproofing one of its building’s roof.
Prior to the installation, the building’s roof’s surface was sanded, cleaned and repaired. Afterward, our technical staff applied Sika® Igolflex R as a coating under the waterproofing bitumen sheet. Then, the installation of the waterproofing bitumen sheet initialized. In this project, our technical staff used the Sikabituseal® T 140 SG bitumen sheet. PBLCNT successfully covered an area of nearly 259 m² of waterproofing bitumen sheet. After the installation, our technical staff examined and analyzed that it was within the required standard, and no water can penetrate through the sheet and leakage shown.
