Shukaku Inc. is a leading Phnom Penh-based real-estate developer committed to helping Cambodia transform to meet the demands of the 21st century. Shukaku is the master developer of a 111.6-hectare development strategically located in the center of the city; the development was conceptualized to transform Phnom Penh’s city landscape into a modern, sustainable commercial and leisure hub with modern facilities purpose-built for both local and overseas businesses and investors. In January of 2017, Shukaku contacted PBLCNT with a waterproofing job at one of its development site.
PBLCNT was tasked with installing waterproofing bitumen sheet with one of Shukaku’s development site. Prior to the installation, the flat roof surface was sanded and cleaned. In this project, our technical staff used the Sikabituseal® T 140 MG bitumen sheet.
PBLCNT’s technical staff successfully covered the building of waterproofing bitumen sheet. After the installation, our technical staff checked and analyzed the installation that it was within the required standard, and no water can penetrate through the sheet.
