Separol is a ready-to-use, low viscous, mineral oil-based shutter release agent. It facilitates in the removal and cleaning of shuttering of steel and wooden formwork. It combine both chemical and physical action in releasing formwork and ensures a longer life expectancy of the formwork. In addition, it ensure fair faced concrete finish with no staining, suitable for use on formwork that is used in steam curing process. It has high coverage and provide clean, fast and easy stripping of formwork when applied. Furthermore, it forms stable thin film when dried up ensuring that no dirt stick on the finished surface after it dried, which reduces concrete contamination. Separol maximum shelf life is around 12 month from date of production if stored properly in original unopened, undamaged, sealed packaging. It must be stored in
enclosed space, protected from frost, direct sunlight and contamination.
The usage of this product may vary depending on the surface texture and porosity of the formwork. Pre-trial test is recommended to ensure the proper ratio and measurement in the actual usage of Separol.
For safety reasons, move out of the immediate area and into fresh air if inhaled. In case of accidental skin contact, take off the contaminated clothing and shoes immediately and wash
yourself off with soap and plenty of water. In the case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. If swallowed, it is advised to clean your mouth with water and drink plenty of water afterwards.
For ecological reasons, do not empty the product and its content into nearby water source or sewage system. In the case of accidental spillage, do not touch or walk through spilt material, and avoid inhaling vapor or mist. Wear appropriate gear and respirator when handling this product.
